The maximum weight for ziplining is 250 pounds. No exceptions. The minimum weight for ziplining is 60 pounds and you must be at least 4 feet tall. Weigh-ins are mandatory and refunds are not provided if you do not fall into this weight and height range.

Children must be at least 10 years old to zipline. No exceptions. An adult, 18 years and older, must accompany on tour minors from ages 10-17.

Ziplining is an outdoor activity, so guests allergic to insect stings should bring appropriate medication. Ziplining guests must be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and stairs, be able to stand up for two hours, and be able to carry 14 pounds.
Ziplining guests must not be pregnant or have heart conditions and must not have any injuries that have not healed or for which their physician has not released them from medical care. Also, ziplining guests must not have had any surgical procedure in the last twelve (12) months from which they have not fully recovered without any significant limitations on their physical activities.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to zipline and will not be refunded.

For ziplining, wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe, closed-heel hiking or athletic shoes. Temperatures can be a few degrees cooler on the mountain. Rain gear will be provided if needed. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended for a day of ziplining.

Ziplining Waiver Forms are available on-site. A parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18 to zipline.

For ziplining, bring your voucher, lace-up hiking/tennis shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash for gratuity. For a full refund, cancel your zipline tour reservation prior to 48 hours.

Cameras and cell phones are not recommended while ziplining due to extreme heights and potential rainfall. A custom photo package of each zipline tour is provided by the guides and may be viewed prior to purchase.

Kapalua Ziplines rents Go-Pro cameras for recording ziplining and will provide instructions.
